Starks a known for a few different things: their honour, being on the side of good, a general lack of humour, and, apparently, quitting their jobs.

Jon, a sworn brother of the Night's Watch, ended his time at the Wall earlier this season after being brought back from the dead. This week, Arya, a disciple of the Faceless Men, reclaimed her identity after killing the Waif.

They had to kill their enemies in order to be able to do so - Jon killed Olly and Alliser, Arya the Waif - and even their exits, as illustrated above, were rather similar.
