With Bran's visions coming to a head, there is still time for him to go back to the Tower Of Joy and follow his youthful father up the steps into the tower himself. If that happens - and it should - we're going to see confirmation that Jon Snow is in fact the son of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen.

Whether Jon finds out himself remains to be seen (though there is a theory he stumbles on his own prepared grave in the crypt at Winterfell that features his parentage details), but it seems likely Bran will find out the secret.

Evidence?

According to that infamous deleted Reddit spoiler thread, the finale will see Bran discovering what is at the top of the Tower. It will see Ned discover his sister, who whispers something to him (no doubt demanding he protect the child), and dies.

We can then expect a pointed segue into a shot of Jon Snow in the very next scene. Because that's just inevitable.
