5. Jaime Slays Another Monarch

Though Jaime claims he is beyond committed to his twin sister/lover and will do anything to get back to her, one big rumour suggests he will be forced to kill her when she unleashes the wildfire on King's Landing.

History often repeats itself in Westeros, and the continued reminders of Jaime's kingslaying could find their echo in a controversial killing of his sister when she similarly loses her mind.

Evidence?

It all comes down to the Valonqar theory that was actually left out of the TV show's prophecy for Cersei. In the books, it was foretold that she would be killed by "little brother", which most assumed meant Tyrion, but it would be far more dramatic for it to be Jaime.

In terms of hints in the show: Bran's vision showed imagery of the Mad King and Jaime slaying him, and Cersei's arc has progressed in such a way that it feels like she will burn the city to get out of her predicament. She was mocked by the people, and as Jaime himself said, she'd burn cities to ash for her children.

Perhaps he will come to realise he loves Brienne just as Cersei loses her mind, and he emotionally has to kill one of his loves before trying to woo the other.
