Predicting Baelish's movements is like predicting where a housefly is zipping off to next. He just pops his head up in every situation, with a finger in every Westerosi pie. His latest dealings have revolved around Cersei and the Tyrells, but he's still got links to the Vale and now that Sansa has fled Winterfell, his plans may be shaken up once again. Baelish's finest quality has always been adapting to changing situations though. Enormous, unexpected events go down all the time across the world, but Baelish simply runs with it and improvises his way to the next major stage. I'd have to suggest Baelish will 'flee' King's Landing and make a return to the Vale at some point, what he will find upon arrival is anybody's guess, but I do expect Baelish to survive, even if he is knocked from his perch at some point.
