Tyrion is thrown straight into the role of leading Meereen, though Missandei is the figurehead. She 'gets' the culture and would be a more suitable face of the regime than a kinslaying Lannister who's still on the run. Tyrion, Varys and Grey Worm will be tasked with keeping the peace in the city, though the Harpy have stepped up their game following the slaughter at the pit and have resorted to medieval terrorism, 'bombing' the Great Pyramid. In desperate search of any advantage over the enemy, Tyrion explores the city, stumbling across the two dragons still captive below. He unleashes them into the world following a tip-toe tense scene, and they're hungry. The Harpy will be taken out, but in the carnage, most of the city will fall. It would be tragic to see such a loss of life, but it offers a platform to rebuild from the ground up. Missandei will be tasked with that, potentially with Varys by her side, as Tyrion begins to turn his attention once more to Daenerys' plan of taking Westeros, thought there may not be time for her to return to the city after this next section...
