There's a very definite hint of all out war here, and the question of who is on the other side is hinted at later in the trailer. But the more intriguing question here is who the hell is on that cross. It's one thing to flay your enemy as a mark of disrespect and a crowing of your victory, but then setting him on fire as well suggests that the victim is doubly worthy of ill-treatment. Is this an added attempt to goad the enemy? An added insult to the victim's memory? I hope to God this isn't someone important like Stannis or Tormund Giantsbane. That'd just be mean.
