2. Cersei Dies

As it stands, Cersei Lannister is Queen of the Andals and the First Men, Protector of the Seven Kingdoms, etc etc and so on. It's a role she's felt destined for, after being so close to the Throne for years. However, it's also one she will probably find impossible to hold on to.

She doesn't have a particularly strong claim to the Iron Throne (if following the Robert Baratheon line it is, technically, Jaime, though really it's Daenerys, while Gendry would have a serious claim if he could be legitimised), though that's less likely to be important compared to the opposition she faces.

She took the Throne, but now Daenerys wants to knock her off it. And with an army of Unsullied, Dothraki, Tyrells, Martells, and three dragons, she stands a very high chance of doing so. It won't be as easy as Daenerys' military power makes it seem - where's the drama in that? - but it feels certain Cersei will die in Season 7.

It's hard to see what purpose she'd serve in the ultimate battle (unless she does somehow ally with the White Walkers), and the notion of Jaime killing her to help save the realm is too poetic an opportunity to miss.
