5. Sansa Rejects Littlefinger

The trailer opens on Sansa, walking through the Godswood at Winterfell, as we hear the voice of Petyr Baelish telling her to fight every battle.

It's pretty clear what his intentions are, as he continues his attempt to woo Sansa to her side in a bid to claim whatever sort of power he can get his grubby little fingers on. Sansa, for her part, looks somewhere between nervous and conflicted in this shot.

Sansa also closes out the trailer, in voice rather than image, and it's this that could be really important:

"When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives."

These are words said by Ned Stark to Arya in the books, but what does Sansa repeating them mean? There are a few possible interpretations - the lone wolf being Jon seems obvious, and it could also be Arya - but my take on it is Sansa is really talking about her and Littlefinger.

She's got the choice of siding with him against Jon, and becoming the lone wolf, or staying with her family. Her words make it pretty clear which she'll choose (if this is indeed the case), and that means Sansa rejects Littlefinger - and he surely has to die after that.
