10. Jon Snow - Winner

Heading into this season, Jon Snow had one objective: convince others of the real threat. While everyone else squabbles over the Iron Throne or battles for position underneath, the King in the North was singularly focused on the Great War, and knew he needed allies to fight it.

Against the will of his people he went south to meet Daenerys Targaryen, and got more than even he bargained for. He did bend the knee, which might not sit well with his people, but there's also not much time for that to matter now.

More pertinently, he convinced Daenerys to join the war against the White Walkers, united a number of others in the fight too (including Jaime Lannister, which was no mean feat), discovered a key detail in defeating them, got to have sex with his aunt, and was revealed (even if he doesn't know it yet) to be the rightful heir to the Seven Kingdoms.
