It's not totally clear where this is, but my bet is on it being Eastwatch-by-the-Sea. One of only three castles along the Wall still manned, it serves as a port for the Night's Watch.

From there you can sail Beyond-the-Wall - to Hardhome, for example, as it's from Eastwatch in the books that Bowen Marsh launches a rescue mission - and judging by the amount of people, this could well be the ranging mission led by Jon Snow.

If it's not Eastwatch, then the Iron Islands is the next logical place - those choppy waters don't really look like the south, anyway.
