Arya looks under the bed... and then out pops Jorah Mormont's arm.

There's nothing else this could really be other than Jorah's arm, looking in an incredibly bad state. The greyscale is really taking hold of him now.

Interestingly, the arm is coming through what looks like a gap or window in a cell door, indicating he's being held either prisoner or, more likely, in quarantine somewhere. Does this mean he's arrived at a place where he is being treated, such as the Citadel?
