Game Of Thrones Season 8: 8 Huge Questions 'The Long Night' Leaves Behind

1. What Does This Mean For The Prince That Was Promised?

When discussing defeating the White Walkers, there's always been a link between that and the prophecy regarding Azor Ahai, or The Prince That Was Promised (the show mostly conflated the two).

And yet, the Night King is dead, but there was no flaming sword. There was nothing that seemingly equated to Lightbringer, or to the heart of the person you loved, or anything else about those prophecies. Is this Game of Thrones' way of saying 'f**k prophecy'? Maybe, as it's happened before. Was Arya TPTWP? Possibly, even if she doesn't seem to fit with any of the supposed criteria. Could there still be a reveal of Azor Ahai, with the darkness falling upon the world referring to something - or someone - else? We'll find out soon enough.

What questions did The Long Night leave you with? Let us know down in the comments.
