Cersei is essentially the male equivalent of her twin brother/lover Jaime. She has a slim, graceful figure and bears classic Lannister traits, with golden blonde hair and green eyes.

She is described as extremely beautiful, even by Ned Stark during one chapter in the first book, though later she is described as starting to lose her shape as a result of her constant drinking of alcohol.
