9. Less Humorous, More Arrogant

Tyrion was instantly judged for being a dwarf, and to an extent you've got to imagine it has shaped him as a person. His entire personality and his reliance on brains over brawn has seen him become a thick-skinned negotiator with a sharp sense of humour and humility. If Tyrion hadn't been a dwarf, he may well have been just another Lannister: tall, golden-haired, arrogant. You could easily argue that he would've been far more Jaime-like, with a cockiness to his actions, and he may have even positioned himself as a greater warrior than strategist. All of those times Tyrion talked his way out of trouble? A taller, less cunning man may have tried to cut his way out instead.
