8. Theon Being Tortured
Oh, that's what. Though as it turns out, poor old Theon Greyjoy probably wishes he could just have his fingernails pulled, after being subjected to all manner of quite beastly torments at the hands of an initially mysterious chap, who we later discover is the bastard son of Roose Bolton, Ramsay. One such torment - the most horrifying, I daresay - is where two young women come into the chamber and untie Theon from the rack and lie him down on a bed. Then, they give him a drink of water and soothe him with lotion and soft caresses. It isn't long until the pair of them are stripped off and treating poor little Theon to the time of his life. Of course, it's all too good to be true, as Ramsay steps out of the shadows and proceeds to cut Theon's penis off. Were it not for the fact that Theon himself is guilty of a series of decidedly dastardly crimes, this entry would probably find itself higher up this list. As it is, though, one can't help but think that he at least partly deserves what he gets.
