9. Brynden 'Blackfish' Tully
The image of a man who fires a single arrow with ease and walks away knowing fully that it will hit the intended target speaks volumes of who an individual is. Blackfish Tully not only conveys the image of a man who has seen battle but one who truly does live by the Tully words, 'Family, Duty, Honor'. Fortunately, he was one of the few that saw the light of day after the events of the Red Wedding. With Edmure captive and with the deaths of Catelyn and Robb, it will be interesting to see what his next course of action will be. Will he forge alliances elsewhere and try to avenge the deaths of his niece and grand-nephew? Will he return to Riverrun and prevent it from going to the Freys? Will he try to negotiate for Edmure's release? It will be great to see what it is Blackfish Tully decides to fight for next.
