Jessica Henwick, Rosabell Laurenti Sellers and Keisha Castle-Hughes take on the roles of Oberyns bastard daughters Nymeria, Tyene and Obara. None of them look alike, they are all different ethnicities, and none look quite how their novel counterparts are described. But all of them are welcome additions to the cast. All are smart and all are fierce, but it is perhaps Tyene who is the deadliest, given that she has immense knowledge of poisons. Its quite interesting to note that these three Sand Snakes have been cast given that they do little to nothing in either of the latest two books, so it is assumed that new material will be created to expand their roles. The fact that their novel counterparts do little makes them very intriguing characters to cast. Whilst their casting is interesting, paving the way for a multitude of storylines, ultimately theyll all likely do nothing. But should their roles be expanded and they play some role in the Myrcella plot, all will be deadly. The Sand Snakes are infamous, after all Which new character do you think is most intriguing?
