Across the seven seasons of the Gilmore Girls, we all fell in love with Lorelai and Rory... and we weren't the only ones.

We saw the teenage Rory Gilmore grow up and find love for the first time with high school sweetheart Dean Forester. Then, along came the seemingly troubled bad boy Jess Mariano to throw a spanner in the works. When Rory finally headed off to the Ivy League college of her dreams, she met Logan Huntzberger, the rich kid who wanted to forge his own path. Though from seemingly different worlds, Rory and Logan couldn't help but become intricately involved in each others' lives forever.

Lorelai, on the other hand, had the perfect partner right in front of her the whole time. Diner owner Luke Danes was always going to be the man that Lorelai ended up with. It took a cancelled wedding to Max Medina, calling it quits with Jason, and a short-lived marriage to Christopher to make her realise that Luke was the one.
