One of the things that makes Gilmore Girls so wonderful is the town where Lorelai and Rory live. Stars Hollow is the perfectly quaint town in Connecticut where you can't help but want to live.

Beautiful wether covered in snow at the Firelight Festival or the spring blooms around the gazebo. Stars Hollow is the home of wonderfully quirky people. Lorelai and Rory's fellow town members are perfectly odd with Townselectman Taylor, nosey dance teacher Miss Patty and man of a million jobs Kirk. Living in Stars Hollow would never be boring.

Anyone who has watched the show has imagined walking around the main square to grab a coffee at Lukes, taken a trip to the bookshop/cinema to see Pippi Longstocking or had one of the delicious pies from Weston Bakery.

Given the town is a tourist destination during the summer months, Stars Hollow has a host of winter events to keep the it in funds. There's the Battle of Stars Hollow, Bid on a Basket and even a 24 Hour Dance Marathon. Who can forget the infamous regular Town Hall Meetings with Lorelai sneaking in food.
