Glee: 10 Best Finn Hudson Moments

5. Mashupglee mashup Let's hear a few words of wisdom from Frankenteen about everyday life, shall we? "Being a guy my age is tough. Between Glee and football and school and being popular, I'm just kind of overwhelmed. Everyone wants something from me, and I don't have the energy to do it all. I don't know how important people like presidents or newscasters or mob bosses do it. My mom says I'm stretched too thin, so I gave up homework, but that didn't help. All I know is last night I got vaporized on Level 2. LEVEL 2. And i didn't even have the energy to care." I can safely say that I had those kinds of weeks and that's mostly why I don't miss high school. I remember waking up in the middle of my Ancient Civilization class having fallen asleep because I was up until 4 writing a paper, had to bike to the train station at 5 to get to my high school a few subway rides away by the time I had to start class. This was on top of having 7 a.m. orchestra rehearsals every Saturday, choir rehearsals and concerts and being an active member of my church. When I got to college, I joined an orchestra that only had one concert per semester and met at 8:00 at night and felt like I had time to relax for the first time in years. Thank goodness I didn't have Mrs. Schuester as the school nurse. When Finn's feeling a little narcoleptic, she fixes it with Vitamin D. The next thing we know, we have the guys of Glee doing a Bon Jovi/Usher mashup that is pretty much the #1 played Glee song on my computer. Could it be the dance moves, the leather jacket, the songs? Who knows? And then poor Finn has so much energy to burn, he learns all his plays, does his paper on Bariloche two weeks early and is bouncing off the walls. It's like the time that my friends and I each downed a bottle of Jolt before our English class and pissed off our unsuspecting teacher. Moral of the story is...I don't know. Knock off being a teenager?

I have no husband or kids, but I have five nephews to keep me entertained. When not writing, working or eating too much Indian food, I'm always looking for something new to learn, whether it's French or family history.
