3. Selina
Selina's journey from common pickpocket to being involved with taking down the Court of Owls has certainly been a fantastic one to witness.
To be honest, Cat was kind of annoying during the initial episodes of the show, but as well as growing as character, she also managed to grow on us. Despite the fact we know she's going to survive to go on some more adventures with Bruce, her fate at the end of Season 4 was genuinely shocking - not to mention emotional.
But enough about that unfortunate incident. Throughout the show Selina has been one of those characters who, as well as being badass and perfectly fitting into the world of Gotham, are just really down-to-Earth, making for some humorous encounters plus some more of those aforementioned emotional moments.
