16. Ventriloquist And Scarface
The Ventriloquist and Scarface are two characters that are yet to be introduced to the show but are characters that Batman fans will be very familiar with. The meek ventriloquist and his aggressive puppet alter ego are one of the weirdest yet most entertaining enemies that the dark knight has had to face.
Scarface will add an interesting dynamic to the Gotham turf war and will surely be one of the most entertaining parts of the show in the brief time he will have on screen. However it’s entirely likely they could only be a cameo, at least until the flash forward finale.
As for the fate of both of them, the most viable option is that Jim Gordon will end up taking them into GCPD. The real question is about the state of the Ventriloquist's mind. One possible outcome is that Jim is able to appeal to the moral side of the Ventriloquist and perhaps get him to shut Scarface out. He will likely go to jail or Arkham but may do so as a moral man.
