Frank once again displays that nothing happens in the White House without him knowing about it. Finding Tom at the party, he presses him on the fact that he had sex with a tour guide. I mean, Frank literally says "WTF" at this moment, so it'd be hard not to include it.

We then get a rather weird moment of Frank telling his wife's lover not to cheat on her.
