How I Met Your Mother Quiz: Is It A Lie?

Can you spot the lie?

How I Met Your Mother
CBS

When you hear about the TV show How I Met Your Mother, you immediately imagine New York City and the cozy MacLaren's Pub, where five friends spend almost all their time.

In 2030, architect Ted Mosby tells his children the story of how long and hard he went towards the love of his life - their mother. At the same time, the story constantly deviates from a detailed description of comical situations and significant life moments from his young adventures. Youth, as you may recall, was stormy.

Ted shared all the important events with his best friend from snowy Minnesota lawyer - Marshall Eriksen, Marshall's first and only love - kindergarten teacher Lily Aldrin, Canadian TV news anchor Robin Scherbatsky, and, of course, legendary Barney Stinson, the guru of picking up girls and the inventor of exceptionally intricate draws.

At first glance, the plot is simple, yet throughout all the seasons, the creators of the series managed to build a rather non-linear style of narration, coupled with hilarious situations that happen to the main characters. Each episode is filled with an incredibly impressive plot and the idea that makes the viewer look forward to what will happen next, but at the same time enjoy the viewing process itself.

But were you attentive enough to remember minor details about the characters and the events? Can you guess whether the following statements are a lie or not? Let's see.

1. Marshall Was Also Known As "Big Fudge".
