It's been over six years since How I Met Your Mother ended on one of the sourest notes to ever grace cable television. Let us not forget however that the show gave audiences one of the greatest triangle bromances in sitcom history - Ted, Marshall, and Barney.
The three Y-chromosome members of the MacLaren's Pub gang were the greatest bro-trio that television has ever produced and after nine years of slap bets, suiting up, high fives, bro code, playing “Have You Met Ted?”, magic tricks, the playbook, and getting lawyer’d, we were left with a lot of bro-nicknames.
Throughout its run, our favourite trio had some of the funniest, ridiculous and over the top nicknames for each other, serving the fandom with some serious #BFF goals. Barney did account for most of them considering his habit of nicknaming himself more than any of his friends, but Ted and Marshall weren't that far behind.
