In the second episode of season twelve, the gang's trip to the local water park was anything but ideal; and among the widespread chaos, we saw Mac and Dee get themselves stuck in a water slide designed for children for the better part of the day. Mac's laminated bracelet started the mess, then his and Dee's adult-sized frames jamming the slide sealed the deal as a cluster of children got stuck behind them.

After hours of being trapped, the proverbial light bulb went off in Mac's head, and he devised a harebrained way of escaping. Early in the episode, Mac recounts an urban legend of a girl who got her anus stuck in a water park pool drain and had to chew through her own intestines to escape. He proclaims, loudly, in a slide full of small children, that one of them should chew through his bracelet like the girl who "chewed through her prolapsed anus to freedom."

It's one of the rare instances when pure gross-out humor actually works to great effect. This is due in large part to Rob McElhenney's incredible delivery. His character delivers this absurd line with such force and conviction that it's hard not to laugh; and the confused, likely terrified children who are hearing this is the icing on the inane cake.
