2. Tony Vs Shrink - The Sopranos

This is by far my favorite scene of "The Sopranos", Tony Soprano, or James Gandolfini. The dialogue is perfect and he recites it like a champion. Before, we have seen the intensely dangerous Tony Soprano, but now we see the intensely vulnerable side of Tony. This is the kind of work that earns you Emmy awards. This is the kind of work that dials into the emotions and connects with the audience. This is the kind of work that warrants an article of this nature to be written. It's just too damn bad that it is being written under these circumstances. I didn't know Tony personally, but I knew him as an actor. What I see here is an actor with as much range and talent as I've ever seen.
