1. Gattaca (Episode 11, "AKA Three Lives And Counting")

When Dr. Karl Malus (Callum Keith Rennie) is preparing to perform the gene-editing experiment on Trish, we briefly see a computer readout which features a string of alphabet soup that, on closer inspection, very nearly spells out the word, "Gattaca".

This is undoubtedly referring to the classic 1997 Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman-starring sci-fi film which focuses on the notion of genetic manipulation.

That's clearly no coincidence given the procedure Trish herself is going through, even if the production team jumbled the letters up a little to make it seem slightly less on-the-nose.
