http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v56d4nX6d04 Without a doubt the absolute funniest moment in the history of An Idiot Abroad didn't even occur outside of the UK but instead when Karl met up with Gervais and Merchant to discuss his trip for the final episode. After half an hour or yapping on about Pilko Pump Pants and 3 day of fish the subject turned to the idea that Pilkington had refused an anal exam prior to setting off on his trip. Because Gervais loves the "Round headed Manc T**t" so much he's taken it upon himself to set the exam up for Karl in the studio and with a little persuasion manages to get him to agree to let a Doctor stick his finger up his bum. There's no denying how vital these kind of examinations are in detecting and preventing cancer of the Prostate but thanks to Gervais' hidden cameras never has such a serious examination seemed so bloody funny.
