Frank Haleton was up to no good. Double crossing both the Twelve and MI5, the Russian agency finally decide that they've had enough of him and his antics.
Eve manages to intervene, though, before they can get him and takes him to a safe house, but a silly little safe house doesn't matter to Villanelle. She gets rid of the guards and reaches Frank, politely asking him where he would like to be murdered.
Eve turns up to seeing Frank dead on the bed, wearing her black dress and missing his penis.
