Loki: Every Variant Ranked Worst To Best

When the line-up of variant Loki's made their first shocking appearance during the post-credits scene at the end of episode 4, it was one hell of a visual delight.

However, it was certainly easy for your eye to be drawn to Classic Loki first, thanks to his cheesy costume and the fact that it was Richard E Grant's MCU debut. But, as the show progressed, it turned out that he was way more than just a famous actor in a goofy costume.

Seeing a Loki who bypassed being killed by Thanos and lived into old age was a great way to show what would happen once the fresh allure of youth left Loki behind. This classic version of the character went on to live a peaceful and became a changed god, proving that even the worst of people are capable of bettering themselves.

Further from his meaningful past, the character was fun as Grant milked every scene he was in. Classic Loki was full of energy, emotion and charm, making him seem very on-brand for the character.

Finally, it would be remiss not to mention his incredible final sequence where fans got to see the full extent of Loki's power. Generating an entire replication of Asgard was one of the show's biggest spectacles, and we have Classic Loki to thank for that.
