Lost: How It Should Be Re-Cast In 2021

Juliet was a fantastic character who came and injected new life into the show and displayed a deeper, more layered side to the others that moved them away from being simple antagonists. Her evolution from an antihero to a fully-fledged protagonist had many calling her the best female character in the show. So, naturally, this recasting would need to be good.

One ideal candidate would be Emily VanCamp, better known to many as the MCU's Sharon Carter. You need only look at her role in the Marvel Universe to see just how good she is at playing complicated characters who keep plenty of secrets, slowly unveiling their past and themselves. She's clearly qualified for this part.

VanCamp is believably likeable yet tough at the same time. There's a rough exterior to her that seems guarded and defensive, but when she opens her characters up and lets people in, viewers often get something special. If she were to take on this role, then the character's reputation would remain intact.
