Lucifer is a TV series based on the comic series by Neil Gaiman and Sam Kieth.

The first season premiered on January 25, 2016 on Fox, however after just three short seasons the network cancelled the show.

One of the main characters of the series is homicide detective Daniel Espinoza, who, to put it mildly, doesn't exactly like Lucifer Morningstar. However, in the second season, they unexpectedly became friends and worked closely together. Unfortunately, their friendship fell apart again when Dan saw Lucifer for what he really is, the devil.
