1. The Future Awaits
Nowadays, even as technology leaps forward inexorably, you can't help but feel that those steps have become smaller, or down to a more personal level. The steps people notice or care about tend to be the new camera features on their phone, or maybe that they don't have to actually turn on the wipers in their car anymore because it does it for them. So many emerging markets available to explore and exploit, with opportunities abound for the hungry individual to expand into television, advertising, aerospace or technology. Men raced into space and reached for the moon while others created the first games console. It was an exciting time to be alive. Now, it feels like we live in the future. Look around and we're surrounded by astounding technology and comforts, but back in the 60s all the future lay ahead to experience, with so many cool and exciting things to discover.
