2. "I'll tell you what I'd do..." - Harry Crane
Entering season six, we learn more about Megan, the new Mrs. Draper. She brings quite a new, vibrant energy with her, one that the rest of the office is perhaps not ready for. She spends most of the episode planning a surprise party for Don, and at one point tells Peggy, "Everyone's gonna go home from this party and have sex." Cue her horrendously uncomfortable to watch musical performance of "Zou Bisou Bisou," dedicated to Don, in which she dances and sings promiscuously around for her him in front of the entire party. Awkward glances abound. Don tries to literally evaporate into thin air. But this is the young, fresh '60s woman whether the characters were ready for her or not. The following Monday at work, gossip about Megan's performance spreads quickly. And poor Megan, she didn't see it coming. The most obnoxious display of this is when Megan walks in on Harry and Stan talking about it, and she catches Harry explaining a rather graphic fantasy of what he'd do to Megan. It involves heels. Over Harry's shoulder. In bed. While Megan speaks French. It's not quite as offensive as other moments, but coming from Harry, it's annoyingly gross. He's so terrified of breaking rules that when he does, he ends up shattering them and the whole situation explodes out or proportion. I expected Megan to tell him off, instead of just glaring at him and walking away, which is what she does. If any female character were to do that, it would be her.
