22. Luke's Letter
Last we saw of Luke Cage, he was being carted back off to jail having been told he still had time to serve on his original jail term. He'll be out in time for The Defenders (presumably lawfully, because there's no way they'd allow him to escape again, right?) but in the mean time he's still in communication with his lady love Claire.
At the beginning of Episode 8, Claire is seen reading a letter whose envelope reads "uncensored inmate mail" and carries the name Lucas in the top left. That's obviously from Cage, who has written...
