7. The Raft

Given that all of the Defenders are super-powered individuals, you would have thought that they'd have seen some blowback from the events of Captain America: Civil War. But there's no mention of registration or anything alone those lines.

There is, however, a mention of the super-prison that appears at the end of Civil War - from which Tony Stark helps Cap and the other rogue Avengers escape.

In Episode 9, when Jessica Jones is holed up with her mother, she talks about finding an alternative to "deal" with her that isn't The Raft. Clearly, the specialist prison is still operational.
