4. Claire Temple

Confirmed By: An official Twitter announcement, but really this one was the most obvious after the main four.

Plot Predictions: Claire Temple is the biggest unifying thread between all of these heroes, and that's something we're likely to see really payoff in The Defenders.

While they're going to meet for the first time independent of her, coming together at the offices of Midland Circle, there's a good chance she will play the unifying role that gets them to work together.

After all, she's worked with Danny and Jessica, is pretty close to Matt, and is dating Luke, so if anyone is capable of being heard and cutting through all their superhero bulls**t - which is something Rosario Dawson's Claire excels at - then it'll be her.

Claire can of course also serve as the de facto medical personal of the team, bringing her closer to being Night Nurse (even if it's in all but name), further develop her relationship with Luke, and perhaps build on that White Tiger hint dropped at the end of Iron Fist.
