3. Deadpool
Deadpool, you haven't been the most well-represented super of all time. In 2009, Deadpool appeared in the summer clunker X-Men Origins: Wolverine, where Ryan Reynolds portrayed the merc-with-a-mouth except that in the movie, he didn't really have a mouth. And he didn't wear any kind of costume. And he was just super dumb. It is unclear just what 20th Century Fox was thinking with this portrayal, but it didn't set Deadpool in the best light. Now yes I know 20th Century Fox has the rights to Deadpool as he does indeed come under the blanket of X-Men, but Fox is possibly going to lose the rights to the character in a few years if they don't use him again. Then like the Daredevil case, the rights would go back to Marvel. So then if Agents of Shield is a hit, could we possibly see a cameo from him in Season 3 or 4? I for one hope so. Firstly, because he is one of my favourite characters and the 2013 videogame 'Deadpool' shows that he is a current, contemporary character. Secondly, because of the idea of an episode where Deadpool talks to the audience and comic book speech bubbles appear sounds so wacky that it might just be exactly up Joss Whedon's street.
