16. Elektra
Inevitably, there was always going to be some allusion to Elektra, despite the atrocities committed in her name in the ridiculous movie. That it would be so restrained was something of a surprise.
One of the Columbia University flashback sequences has Foggy mention "The Greek girl...whatever happened to her? She was smokin'." Which would undoubtedly be a reference to Elektra Natchios.
Expect to see her appear in the second season after Netflix threw the curve-ball of avoiding her entirely this time out. It would make sense for her to be the main thrust of the second season.
