12. The Hand
It had been expected that The Hand would play a major part of the series, but with limited time, the only references stayed pretty sparse. As well as that nod to Elektra, Nobu is established as the head of a shady organisation who are undoubtedly The Hand.
He doesn't last, obviously, but the organisation will surely turn back up in the second season.
Quite who will lead them remains to be seen, but it could well be that Elektra's introduction comes with her at the top of The Hand's tree.
