13. Nobu IS Kirigi

Despite dying in the first season, super angry ninja Nobu returned with fresh scars and newly enhanced powers thanks to The Hand's supernatural tinkering. This revival all but confirms that Nobu is the show's version of Kirigi, the ninja assassin who is revived from death on the page to kill Elektra. Obviously the intent is changed thanks to Elektra's special circumstances, but his near-imperviousness definitely sign-posts who is really is. If there's any concern about him getting up again, Kirigi can survive only all but devastating injuries, and just as in the comics he cannot come back from decapitation.
