More mysteries of the Hand, as Matt skulks around one of their bases. He's looking for information, but what he finds doesn't so much help him as it does shock him. 

After hearing a sound he identifies as blood, he comes into a room with tubes of the red stuff all over the place. They're all feeding into one area, but coming from a variety of sources. Those sources? People, who have been caged up and started having the blood drained from their bodies. The shots of the faces, mirrored with the tubes and the realisation of what's happening, is a particularly haunting moment.
