14. So, We're Not Going To Get To See ANY Of The Trial?

For the first six episodes, you probably found yourself wondering when we were going to go to K'Un-Lun to see any of Danny's actual origin story (besides the brief flashbacks and snatches of story), particularly as there were hints that he'd fought and overcome Shou-Lao The Undying - a dragon he literally had to steal the heart of.

And then as the second half of the show ticked on, it became less and less likely, until Davos appeared and seemed to offer the writers a chance to look back to the trial of Shou-Lao and Danny's subsequent abandonment of K'Un-Lun.

Incredibly, we got to see precisely none of the trial - the biggest moment of Danny's entire existence - and instead saw him dumped on the ground having already defeated the dragon. Talk about disappointing.
