Long known for his devilishly good looks, Billy Russo was - quite literally - torn to shreds when he crossed paths with Frank Castle. Left disfigured and, well, kind of p*ssed, Russo would take on the villainous identity of Jigsaw and do everything in his power to take down the man who took away his face. The guy's pretty messed up, and, while there's certainly potential for him to lose his face during the events of this series, it's likely that the majority of it will follow Russo before his glass-pane facial-realignment.
Ben Barnes will take on the role, but - marking a departure for the character - he will be depicted as a one time ally of Frank's during his military days. Here, he owns a Private Military Corporation and, well, we can only imagine how things will turn out. PMCs have a habit of being shady both IRL and in fiction, so expect the two to turn on each other at some point during the series.

He followed this with a brief hiatus at Screen Rant in 2021, where he worked across the Gaming and Film sections as a writer and editor, before returning to WhatCulture as a Senior Content Producer / Presenter in 2023. He started his own podcast, We Love Dad Movies, in 2022, and has contributed several written pieces to the Eisner-nominated comics website Shelfdust as well.
In his current role, Ewan incorporates his love of cinema, comic books, and history into written pieces and video essays for WhatCulture's Film & TV channel, as well as WhatCulture Gaming and WhatCulture Horror, with a particular focus on nineties-era Dad Movies, old school Westerns, and Golden Age Hollywood Noir. John Carpenter is his fave, and he thinks Batman Beyond should never have been cancelled. If that's your vibe, you'll probably like his stuff.
