There's another book reference on top of Frank reading Moby Dick, and once again it's a loaded choice of title.

In the third episode, we see Billy Russo reading a copy of The Picture Of Dorian Gray, which is pertinent for a number of reasons. Firstly, it's about duplicitous identity - which is very relevant to Billy's hidden secrets - and it's also about an obsession with looks and a character who is losing them (basically a distilled version of Jigsaw's arc).

And even better, Ben Barnes, who plays Billy, also starred as Dorian Gray in the 2009 film adaptation of the book.
