MCU: 5 Things The Ghost Rider TV Show MUST Include

3. A Better Design For Robbie's Skull

Agents Of Shield Ghost Rider
Marvel Comics

The main part of Robbie's appearance that sets him apart from the previous Ghost Riders is his design. And while Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. was in no way bad at replicating the unique design of Robbie's rider form, they fell just a bit short.

There's the nitpicky stuff, such as Robbie being nowhere near as beefy as Gabriel Luna, which is something we're more than willing to let go. But then there are things that they just didn't go far enough with, that being his skull.

Specifically, his skull is meant to have a hole right above the eyes where a horn of sorts made of pure fire shoots out. And while they kind of have that in AOS, they don't take as much advantage of it as they could, probably for budget reasons. Add onto that the fact that the jaw just looks too much like previous adaptations of Ghost Rider, instead of the gnarly look from the comics, and you have a bit of an issue.
