6. Can’t Stop Twinkling
Flashy French-speaking student Yuga Aoyama - otherwise known as Can't Stop Twinkling - is considered one of the weakest members of Class 1-A. His quirk of firing a laser from his bellybutton isn't the most impressive, especially since Twinkling gets a stomach upset if he uses the power too long. His attitude doesn't help either, with the student hero seemingly more concerned with his appearance than knuckling down and learning hero skills.
Despite Yuga's self-centred mindset, he's shown significant improvement since enrolling at UA. He's worked hard in training and even saved his classmates in the Finals Arc through sheer determination. Plus, his Supernova attack is one of the most impressive ultimate moves from any Class 1-A member. More dedication to developing key hero skills should see Can't Stop Twinkling rise to the rank of competent pro hero if nothing else.
Also, all that preening seems to pay off. Aoyama looks plain great, doesn't he? Well, at least when he isn't wearing those oversized glasses that form part of his costume...
