14. Yuga Aoyama (Can't Stop Twinkling)
Quirk: Navel Laser
Aoyama is an interesting guy, as he's one of the toughest characters to like. When you first meet him, it's easy to assume he will be a hateable little brat the whole time. As the show goes on, that doesn't get disproved entirely, but you come to learn that there's stuff to appreciate about him once you get used to his eccentricities.
The character certainly brings colour to the class. His confidence, sparkly look and over-the-top personality are hard to miss, and while that makes him obnoxious, it also gives the other characters something to play off.
Although he's annoying, he does seem genuine, which can be seen during the fourth season when he befriends Deku. In this story, you learn a little more about him and how his quirk doesn't correspond with his body. It's a nice way to give depth to this goofy character and helps to bring him up in this hierarchy.
