Andy Dwyer (Chris Pratt before he got gains and went full Hollywood) started out life on Parks and Recreation as Ann Perkins' loser boyfriend - a minor character with few redeemable traits and several broken bones. Lucky for us, the writers re-vamped his character for season two and so began six more years of Pawnee's newly instated resident clown.

The king of the unintentional one-liner, with an innocence and simplicity that made him eternally endearing, lovable and hard not to root for, Andy's progression from failed musician to shoe-shiner to charity worker to actor is one that really makes the run of the series worthwhile.
